Specialist Façade & Cladding Contractor

Are you a Quantity Surveyor looking for a long‑term freelance contract with autonomy and impact? A respected specialist façade and cladding contractor is delivering a landmark £8M internal refit and cladding project in the heart of Liverpool – and they need your expertise on site.

This is the company’s largest project to date and a key milestone in their ambitious growth plans. They have a remote Commercial Manager in place, but are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to act as the commercial presence on site, working closely with the Project Manager. This is a hands‑on role offering variety, visibility, and real responsibility.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will :

• Take ownership of all commercial activity on site
• Work in partnership with the PM and senior leadership team
• Oversee valuations, subcontractor accounts and cost reporting
• Contribute to the successful delivery of a complex refurbishment
