About the role

We’re expanding our Renewables Division and looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to help deliver sustainable projects that make a real impact. In this role, you’ll manage costs, contracts, and procurement for innovative renewable energy solutions working on projects that drive change and support a greener future.

What you’ll do

• Be the go to person for clients, plan, co-ordinate and make sure their needs come first
• Keep homes safe and spotless with all the right checks in place
• Work closely with a support team and build strong connections across the business
• Take pride in using and caring for vehicles tools and equipment
• Plan and manage materials, costs and contracts to keep projects on track and profitable
• Driver commercial success by managing ender agreements and repot with confidence
• Build lasting relationship with clients, consultants and subcontractors

What We Need from You.

Experience in quantity surveying within construction or commercial projects, strong knowledge of procurement and contract management, and excellent MS Office skills. You’ll understand Health & Safety best practices, manage your own workload effectively, and deliver outstanding customer service. A degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management, CSCS card, and RICS membership are desirable, along with flexibility and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
