A leading UK health services provider is seeking a Mandatory Trainer to deliver essential training in Fire Safety and other Quality & Safety subjects. This part-time or flexible role is ideal for experienced individuals looking to re-enter the sector. Key responsibilities include supporting quality assurance processes, managing learning interventions, and collaborating on curriculum development. We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mandatory Trainer, predominantly focusing on the delivery of Fire Safety, Warden, Evacuation training. There will also be a requirement to deliver other Quality & Safety training where needed BLS, PM&H, Conflict resolution for clinical colleagues across our Community Adult and Children’s Services. This is a unique opportunity for someone who’s looking to step back into the sector in a part-time or flexible capacity while making a real difference.
A relevant fire safety qualification e.g. IOSH, the Fire Protection Association Advanced Fire Safety Management, Membership of Institute of Fire Engineers, Loughborough Post Graduate Certificate in Fire Safety Management, CFPA Diploma or extensive fire service experience (Local Authority or MoD) and/or relevant fire service experience.
