The Quality Management (QM) Specialist will provide oversight and coordination of Quality Management activities across the Global Sales and Customer Success (GSCS) organization for the EMEA Zone and DACH Region, as well as several smaller, non-zone-specific groups. This role is critical to driving continuous improvement, supporting internal and external audit readiness, and ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and Siemens\' Elements of Quality Management.
The ideal candidate is located anywhere in Europe, fluent in English and German, French, Spanish, or Italian. The position can be 100% remote with an option for hybrid work at a Siemens DISW EMEA office hub. The role reports to the Global GSCS Quality Senior Manager (USA-based).
This role is primarily remote but may involve occasional travel (<10%) for in-person collaboration or audits.
