We have been awarded a major multi-million-pound design and build framework agreement with Northumbrian Water Group (NWG) as part of NWG’s Asset Management Period 8 (AMP8) £3.6 billion investment programme. As we embark on this exciting 12-year design and build framework, we are looking for a Quality and Compliance Advisor to join our HSEQ function.
This role will report to the Lead HSEQ Advisor, supporting the Northumbrian Water Team in implementing health, safety, and environmental strategies at the local level while ensuring alignment with departmental and group-wide objectives.
This is a full-time permanent role and will be based from our Durham office along with working from home on a hybrid basis.
As the Quality and Compliance Advisor, you will have strong research and analytical skills, great attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills and experience in a similar Quality Management role. You will be key to fostering a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental performance across all operations. Experience working in the Utilities, Civils or Construction sector would be advantageous but it isn’t an essential requirement, and we will consider applicants from all backgrounds.
