Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified and registered Social Worker (Social Work England) with experience working with children and families, particularly those from vulnerable groups.
  • Confident in multi-agency settings and skilled at building meaningful relationships to engage children and families in assessments and care planning.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and report-writing skills; ability to assess risk, analyse information and manage complex caseloads.
  • Sound understanding of legal frameworks, safeguarding, equality and best value principles.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development; well-organised, reflective and passionate about delivering high-quality services.
