Qualifications

  • Experience in furniture, joinery, assembly or similar sectors is a plus.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage all QHSE activities across the site
  • Maintain and develop ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety performance
  • Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
  • Deliver training and awareness programmes for staff
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure legal compliance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product quality and sustainability goals


The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
  • NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Experience in furniture, joinery, assembly or similar sectors is a plus
