Job Description
- Lead and manage all QHSE activities across the site
- Maintain and develop ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety performance
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
- Deliver training and awareness programmes for staff
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure legal compliance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product quality and sustainability goals
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a QHSE leadership role within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory compliance
- NEBOSH or equivalent H&S qualification
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience in furniture, joinery, assembly or similar sectors is a plus
