Days based role – Monday – Friday

Looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced manufacturing company? We are currently seeking an experienced and talented individual to join our Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety (QEHS) team as a key member. As a QEHS Specialist, you will report directly to the QEHS Manager and play a vital role in driving the site's quality agenda, implementing new processes, and influencing positive change.

How will you make an impact?

  • Lead site and UK business initiatives to drive organizational success.
  • Identify improvement opportunities through GAP analyses and implement strategic solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Arla Foods’ Food Safety, Quality, and QEHS systems, including audits and certifications.
  • Champion continuous improvement projects using Lean methodologies.
  • Promote a strong quality culture, ensuring alignment with standards, policies, and customer expectations.

What will you need to succeed?

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical specialist or manager role within the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of establishing genuine and productive connections.
  • Lead Auditor training would be preferred
  • HACCP level 3 as a minimum is essential, but HACCP Level 4 would be preferred
  • Ideally, a degree or equivalent qualification within a food-related discipline.
  • Demonstrated professional integrity and a passion for excellence.
  • Proficiency in IT skills.
