We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant working within a high volume finance team. This is a great opportunity to work 25 hours a week which offers full flexibility around the days and hours.

Responsibilities:

  1. Processing purchase invoices
  2. Matching purchase orders
  3. Processing mileage and expenses
  4. Coding up invoices and gaining authorisations
  5. Dealing with query management
  6. Supplier statement reconciliations
  7. General administrative duties

Ideal candidate:

  1. Previous experience within a finance function ideally purchase ledger
  2. Able to prioritise own workload
  3. Team player within a small close knit team
  4. Strong communication skills at all levels
  5. IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
