Who we're looking for
Join Schroders as a Proposition Marketing Manager, Private Markets in the Schroders Capital Marketing team and help execute innovative campaigns that enhance our brand's presence in growing and dynamic private markets sector. The ideal candidate is an emerging marketing professional with a solid background in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns. You will play a key role in supporting our growth strategy within private markets by crafting targeted marketing initiatives at both the brand and capability level for Schroders Capital and its specialised investment strategies, ensuring they resonate with professional investors across institutional and wealth segments.
You will work closely with key stakeholders within Schroders Capital, such as the business development team and the experts in our wider marketing team. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential, as you will collaborate with business development, investment teams, regional hubs and the central marketing team to tailor campaigns, while maintaining consistency and excellence in execution across markets.
As a crucial member of our team, you will analyse market trends and competitor landscapes to contribute to compelling campaigns. Our small yet highly focused team possesses expertise in key marketing capabilities, including events, content, digital media, and public relations. We collaborate closely to create integrated marketing campaigns that enhance our brand and support sales enablement across various investment strategies within Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure, Private Debt and Credit Alternatives. As Schroders Capital expands, this represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of our private markets division, providing investors with access to diverse investment opportunities and customisedstrategies.
