Sellick Partnership is pleased to be recruiting a Property Paralegal to join a London-based local authority on a locum basis.

This role offers an initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension. The council has a hybrid working arrangement; attendance at the office is preferred weekly but can be negotiated based on location.

The Property Paralegal will handle a caseload of commercial and residential property matters, including but not limited to:

• Right-to-buy
• Reports on Title
• Buy-backs
• Sales and purchases
• Residential lease extensions
• Certificates of compliance

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience within a supportive and well-established team.

Experience working for a local authority is desirable but not essential; candidates with private sector experience in the above areas will also be considered.
