Overview

Property Manager - London (Hybrid) - c£45k

We're working with one of the fastest growing, most desirable employers in Property Management, whose multi-award-winning service has seen them grow exponentially year on year.

Responsibilities

• Working on a hybrid basis, reporting into a Harrow office (as well as visiting sites) as required
• Managing a portfolio situated in and around London predominantly, with some outlying blocks in Hertfordshire and Essex
• Ensuring all aspects of the portfolio are managed in accordance with client and resident expectations, providing an accountable, transparent, and high-quality service throughout
• Undertaking the full range of duties from budgets to insurance provision, regular inspection, and major works
• ATPI preferred
• Thoroughness, transparency, accountability, and quality are key - our client has grown through dedication to its values and expects to recruit a like-minded property manager
