Overview

London Senior Property Litigation role. Senior Associate/Legal Director/Partner position. My client is seeking an experienced Property Litigator, ideally around 10 years+ PQE.

Responsibilities
  • Work across a mix of Commercial and Residential Property Litigation matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidation claims, lease covenant enforcements, restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, planning, complex service charge disputes, forfeiture and possession claims, statutory compensation and construction claims.
  • Handle difficult disputes relating to contested lease renewals, break notices, trusts of land, restrictive covenants, injunctions, trespass and developments.
Team

You will join 2 Partners, 2 Senior Associates, an NQ and secretarial support in the team.
