Description

The Property Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;

• Handling a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord and tenant disputes and boundary issues, development work and building safety act matters.
• Advising clients on legal rights, obligations, and strategies related to property conflicts.
• Representing clients in court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Working closely with client across a range of sectors
• Work closely with the Partners on higher value disputes

Profile

The successful Property Litigation Solicitor should have / be;

• A Property disputes Solicitor around 1-3 years PQE
• Strong knowledge of property law and dispute resolution methods.
• Ties to Leeds
• Strong academics
