Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections in tenanted properties as scheduled.
  • Identify defects and health and safety risks.
  • Complete occupancy and void property checks.
  • Meet council representatives for joint inspections as needed.

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm

Responsibilities
  • To carry out routine inspections in tenanted properties - schedule planned by inspections administration staff
  • Identify defects, health and safety risks and maintenance requirements
  • To recognise tenant damages
  • To complete void property checks
  • To complete occupancy checks
  • May be required to meet council representatives for joint inspection
Requirements
  • Understanding of fire safety required
  • Understanding of mould/damp preferred
  • Knowledge of social housing preferred
  • UK driving licence required
  • Work full time Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
  • Company car (fuel card will be provided)
