Our client, a leading home services and maintenance company, is looking for a Project Sales Manager specialising in bathrooms to join a premium and rapidly growing home services brand.

This field-based role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with technical knowledge in bathroom and kitchen installations. If you enjoy engaging directly with customers, conducting surveys, and managing projects from enquiry to completion, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Permanent • £45,200 plus bonus - OTE £80,000 • Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:00 • Field based - London

Role summary

Project Sales Manager - Bathroom Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed site surveys and customer consultations, especially for bathrooms.
  • Collaborate with customers to design proposals that meet their needs and budget.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of high-value projects, including reporting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with estimating and operations teams to ensure accurate project delivery.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and deliver an excellent post-sale experience.
  • Oversee project delivery and manage key communications throughout installation.
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
  • Strong background in technical or survey-based sales, especially bathrooms or kitchens.
  • Excellent customer engagement and project management skills.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented with commercial awareness.
  • Knowledge of the trades and property improvement industry preferred.
  • Proficient in CRM and Excel for pipeline tracking and reporting.
