A leading company is seeking a Risk Professional to join their Defence North team, focusing on project risk management across various construction infrastructure projects. The Defence Infrastructure Cost Centre supports projects of varying complexity and size, offering services in Programme and Project Management, Project Planning, Cost Engineering, Risk Management, and Commercial Disciplines. We engage in the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract to post-contract, managing infrastructure projects valued from hundreds of thousands to over £200M.
We are expanding our team to meet client needs and are seeking talented individuals to support our Defence client portfolio while advancing their careers on complex and challenging projects.
Important: Due to the sensitive nature of these projects, applicants must be SOLE UK Nationals eligible for UK MoD Security Clearance (SC). Existing SC Clearance is desirable, but we encourage all qualified candidates to apply.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Risk Professional to join the Defence North team, supporting project risk management across various construction infrastructure projects in the North of the UK, including Midlands, Cumbria, North East, and Scotland, with opportunities across the UK. The team comprises over 40 members, based mainly in Manchester, with others in Nottingham, Leeds, Barrow, and Glasgow.
This role requires experience in project or programme environments within Defence, Nuclear, Infrastructure, or Construction industries. Knowledge of Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA) is advantageous.
