A leading luxury department store in the UK is seeking a Project & Minor Works Coordinator. Our Facilities team is now looking for a Project & Minor Works Coordinator to join us in supporting the smooth delivery of projects and minor works across our business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that keeps Harrods running seamlessly behind the scenes.
In this role, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and play a key part in coordinating administrative activities, managing project trackers, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders. You’ll help keep projects on track, liaise with contractors, and support the team with everything from scheduling meetings to preparing reports and presentations.
