A prominent recruitment platform is seeking a Project Manager for Social Housing Planned and Decarbonisation Works based in the East Midlands. This full-time, permanent role involves managing day-to-day operations of capital improvement programs, conducting site visits, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position offers a competitive salary, up to £65,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all day to day operations of the capital improvement programmes.
  • Identify discrepancies and take appropriate actions; report to management when issues arise.
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders on site to survey and complete property condition reports.
  • Develop policies and procedures to support the achievement of new projects.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect works and liaise with trade operatives, tenants, contractors or statutory bodies to resolve issues and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Maintain health and safety and environmental management; draw up construction phase safety plans and ensure safe delivery as outlined in each plan.
  • Understand and manage client expectations, maintaining good working relations.
  • Complete project handover ensuring all issues are addressed and defects/snag free.
