Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the successful management and delivery of a new-build self-storage warehouse facility, coordinating site activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining full control of health, safety, quality, and programme.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry
• Experience managing warehouse / industrial or similar build projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to drive programmes, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
