Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of our CIRCM Repairs Contract. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has excellent organisational skills, and enjoys working collaboratively with customers, and subcontractors to deliver high‑quality results and product.

Your Impact

You’ll be responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations, managing sub contractors, ensuring works are completed on time, and reporting weekly updates into the customer, Northrop Grumman.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the repairs programme, including managing the repair progress, material requirements, customer expectations, and sub‑contractor progress.
  • Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are carried out in accordance with the agreed statement of work.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, residents, and internal teams to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.
  • Report progress regularly to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement and promote best practice across all project activities.
  • Prepare bid estimates for future contracts and work with the cost estimating team for proposal creation.
What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a proactive Project Manager with an understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies. You’re highly organised, people‑focused, and confident working with multiple stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Relevant project management experience or understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Experience managing subcontractors and supply chains.
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality of service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and cost control.
  • Proficient in project management and reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
