What You'll Do
  • Manage overall planning, control, status reporting, stakeholder management, stability, and project delivery across UK&I.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports to ensure customer satisfaction and stakeholder commitment.
  • Manage project budgets and report progress regularly.
  • Handle the project's change management, developing and delivering key communications.
  • Gather feedback from stakeholders and provide accurate reporting at critical milestones.
  • Establish and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • Implement reporting structures within the project team, ensure team engagement, and review team performance.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience in project management, including operational and IT-focused projects.
  • Background in change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Relevant project management qualifications such as Prince2 Practitioner or APM (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, diverse environment anywhere in the UK.
