Job description

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to join our team at M+C Saatchi UK. This midweight role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and has proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest creative and technical standards.

Responsibilities
  • Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end delivery of your projects, including creation of timing plans, estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Resource Planning: Coordinate and update relevant teams to ensure projects are appropriately resourced throughout the lifecycle.
  • Scope Management: Monitor and manage project scope, ensuring alignment with client and internal expectations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively engage stakeholders, run status meetings, and maintain all project documentation for approvals.
  • Creative Development: Lead kick-off meetings, creative reviews, and integrated production meetings, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
  • Production Partnership: Work closely with production specialists to inform and approve production decisions where necessary.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage estimates, oversee purchasing, and approve invoices for third-party costs as required.

  • Proven experience managing integrated, multi-channel projects in a creative or agency environment.
  • Passion for great creative work and technology, with a commitment to excellence.
  • Highly organised problem-solver with strong multitasking abilities and team support skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
