BDUK is a subsidiary of the Boeing Company and currently employs over 1,800 people in the UK. BDUK delivers contracts to UK Defence customers including E-7 AEW&C, P-8A Maritime Patrol Aircraft, C4ISTAR Services, Through Life Support for the Chinook and Apache Fleets, Logistic Information Services and Training Services. The UK MoD has procured nine P-8A Multi-Mission Aircraft (MMA) and support to Training Delivery and Ground based Synthetic Training Devices for RAF training needs. This role forms part of the programme management team responsible for the oversight, coordination, and delivery of an effective service to the MoD across the contract scope, working with a team of more than 200 people to keep the UK’s maritime patrol aircraft capable and flying, and the RAF crews trained and ready. This is a long-term contract with opportunities to improve and build partnerships with customers and across Boeing, including the US-based Boeing team providing support to the UK programme.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our Programme Management team based at Lossiemouth or Bristol. We work in agile and dynamic engineering environments with a strong emphasis on wellbeing, openness, collaboration, innovation, safety and first-time quality.
This requisition is for a locally hired position in the UK. Candidates must have current legal authorisation to work immediately in the United Kingdom.
