Overview

Project Lead – SEND Inclusion Change Programme at Bradford Metropolitan District Council. £450 per day | 6-month contract.

Pertemps are looking for an experienced Project Lead to support Bradford MDC’s SEND Inclusion Change Programme.

This role will be central in supporting the Assistant Director of SEND and Inclusion and the Head of SEND, ensuring that data requirements and systems are successfully linked across the change programme workstreams. You’ll lead on the interaction and understanding of impact at the Change Board and help deliver projects that support strategic direction across sufficiency, IMT and SEND.

Key Requirements
  • Strong experience managing or supporting SEND, Data, or Procurement service projects
  • Skilled in Capita, Synergy, Data, IDOX, DPIA
  • Excellent knowledge of SEND systems and the SEND Code of Practice
  • Proven ability to deliver reports and narrative to governance boards
  • Experience with project management, risk management, budgets and communication planning
Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver projects in line with the business case and project lifecycle
  • Report into the Change Programme Governance Board alongside AD SEND and Inclusion
  • Create deliverable team, project and communication plans across stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, resources and risks linked to change programme workstreams
  • Share best practice, lessons learned and knowledge transfer across the service
