We’re looking for a driven Project Engineer who is able to build strong relationships with clients, employees, and contractors to deliver high quality road recycling and reuse projects across Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and broaden your experience in the road construction industry, while being part of a supportive team with a great culture who truly cares about our people.

This position will require regular travel to site to work on a range of projects across WA, mainly on a FIFO basis out of our Welshpool, Perth office.

Role Specifics
  • Oversee the efficient delivery of works in collaboration with the Project Manager
  • Monitor and record project costs, promptly reporting any overruns to the Project Manager
  • Conduct measurements, checks, and reporting to ensure full Quality Assurance compliance across all project phases
  • Proactively identify and resolve QA issues to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance
  • Liaise with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress
  • Provide on-site leadership regarding Zero Harm requirements and ensure any issues are reported immediately
  • Ensure work crews clearly understand all requirements prior to commencing works
Our Ideal Candidate will have
  • A great attitude, driven by a desire to succeed
  • A degree in civil engineering or construction management (or similar)
  • Experience with CivilPro is advantageous but not essential
  • Great communication and organisational skills with a proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
  • An understanding of project management
  • Construction White Card
