We are currently recruiting on behalf of a local company for the following role

Position: Project Administrator

Employment; permanent (full time or part time)

Location: Clevedon, North Somerset

Salary: up to £29k

Company working for

You'll be joining an established (over 15years) business that provide mechanical services on construction projects and maintenance contracts, the business work on air conditioning systems, heating systems, plumbing services on retail, education, healthcare, commercial and leisure buildings. You'll be providing supporting services to the Mobile Engineer, Project Managers & Directors with day to day workflow with clients, wholesalers and sub-contractors.

Duties include

• Setting up enquiries on database and share drive, update spreadsheet with required information.
• Setting up contracts on database and share drive and update spreadsheet with required information.
• Raising Purchase orders and sub-contractor orders and putting in the relevant contract folder .
• Inputting invoices on Database, supplier and subcontractors - Saved in the relevant contract folder and sent to accounts once input.
• Sales Invoices to be sent to clients - saved in the relevant contract file and spreadsheet. - Sent to clients and our internal accounts department.
• Engineers timesheets input to database against job numbers.
• Prepare valuations for contract managers ready for invoicing.
• Monitor sub-contractor insurances & chasing where required. Added to share drive once received and update spreadsheet with expiry date.
• Credit Application documents for new suppliers.
• Order Stationery for company.
• Organising and filling design drawings.
• Main point of contact for phone calls and deliveries. General receptionist duties.
