Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Programmer with 5 to 8 years of hands-on development experience to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and secure applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performanceIntegrate third-party APIs and services
• Ensure best practices in coding, security, and data protection
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of professional programming experience
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java / Python / C# / JavaScript / PHP, etc.)
• Experience with backend development and RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, etc.)
