Programme Controls Manager

Location: London / Stansted Airport
Weekly Hours: 40 hrs

The Senior Programme Controls Manager will lead the planning and controls function across a portfolio of BAU capital projects. Acting as a subject matter expert in Primavera P6 EPPM and Oracle/SAP financial systems, this role is responsible for maintaining accurate project schedules, budgets, actuals, and forecasts. The successful candidate will provide strategic insight and reporting to senior stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making and ensuring alignment with clients Capital Plan.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities: This role includes senior accountability for aggregating project-level data into programme-level plans, forecasts, and performance reports.
• You will produce weekly status updates, short- and medium-term cash-flow forecasts, and long-term capital planning inputs.
• You'll work closely with Programme and Project Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and client Directors to resolve approval bottlenecks, track progress, and identify risks.
• Additionally, you will line manage a team of Project Controllers, ensuring consistent delivery standards and continuous improvement across the function.
