Overview

Production Planner- Food Manufacturing Sector – Dungannon

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating and managing daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer demand and maximise efficiency.
• Working closely with growers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of fresh ingredients.
• Coordinating production activities based on material, labour, and equipment availability.
• Preparing status and performance reports for key stakeholders.
• Scheduling NPD (New Product Development) runs and samples within the weekly production plan.
• Taking on ad hoc tasks to support the wider Supply Chain team.

Who We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in production planning or scheduling within a manufacturing or food production environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills – you’ll be liaising across departments and external suppliers.
• A flexible and proactive attitude – able to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production planning tools is a strong advantage.
