Your Purpose

Our Brewing Future Leaders Programme is tailored for ambitious graduates eager to become the brewery leaders of tomorrow. Over a two-year period, you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple UK sites, taking on a maximum of three different roles in brewing and packaging. This immersive program deepens your understanding of key production areas and operational excellence, building the skills needed to excel in future leadership roles within our Supply Chain teams.

About You

We are excited to hear from graduates who are enthusiastic about learning, development, and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:

  • Hold a degree in any STEM or related discipline awarded in 2024, 2025 or 2026, but you must have graduated by September 2026.
  • Have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
  • Demonstrate a passion for brewing, a drive to succeed and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Be willing to relocate within the UK and complete part of your placement away from home in Burton, Tadcaster, Suffolk, and Cornwall.
  • Have a willingness to work across multiple shifts when required, including evenings and weekends.

We believe that great achievements are built together. While you don’t need prior brewing experience, a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the industry are essential.
