Our Brewing Future Leaders Programme is tailored for ambitious graduates eager to become the brewery leaders of tomorrow. Over a two-year period, you will gain hands‑on experience across multiple UK sites, taking on a maximum of three different roles in brewing and packaging. This immersive program deepens your understanding of key production areas and operational excellence, building the skills needed to excel in future leadership roles within our Supply Chain teams.

We believe that great achievements are built together. While you don’t need prior brewing experience, a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the industry are essential.

Task-based psychometric assessment: If you are eligible, you will be invited to complete a gamified assessment to uncover your potential. Assessments will be sent out from November.
Video Interview: If successful we will invite you to complete a video interview to learn more about you.
Discovery Day: Our final step—invitation to an in-person Discovery Day in February 2026.
Successful candidates will be offered a place soon after Discovery Day, and you will join us in September 2026!
