Overview

Job title: PRODUCTION LINE LEADERS

Location: Litton Cheney, Dorchester

Contract: Temporary to permanent

Salary: £14.08 per hour

Overtime: £21.12 per hour

Working hours: Monday to Friday 06:15 to 15:45

Payment: Weekly

Transport: Own transport required due to location

Experience: No experience required; on-going training provided

Responsibilities

Our client is expanding and seeking line leaders with strong communication and people skills. This is a busy food production environment. You will lead by example and supervise operatives ensuring the production line is running safely, efficiently and achieving the targets required. Full training is provided but experience within a supervisory or production/manufacturing environments would be an advantage. Accuracy in completing reports, KPIs and relaying information between shifts is vital.

• CV showing previous production / warehouse experience
• Passport or Birth Certificate with proof of National Insurance
