What You'll Do
  • Own global payments vision and roadmap: Define and evolve Papaya's payment product strategy, scaling, resilience, and regulatory alignment across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Lead the product lifecycle: Manage products from ideation and requirements gathering to development, launch, and continuous iteration.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and at scale.
  • Customer-centric mindset: Engage directly with customers to deeply understand their needs, validate product direction, and prioritize features that deliver measurable value.
  • Data-driven decisions: Use analytics, KPIs, and user research to evaluate product performance, identify opportunities, and inform prioritization.
  • Go-to-market readiness: Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches, adoption, and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation and thought leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in fintech, HR tech, and SaaS to keep Papaya's offerings at the forefront of the market.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years focused on global payments, payment networks, or financial infrastructure. Track record: Proven success in building and scaling products within fintech, payments, or HR/payroll technology.
