Job summary

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of all company product information and data across all platforms for key stakeholders across the business.
  • Assist with the collation of required product information from external suppliers and internal sources, ensuring the quality, completeness, and accuracy of product data.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of all product records within the ERP system and the website, including all relevant product attributes and assets, with a key objective being the expansion of the company’s website product listings.
  • Work to create continuity between product information displayed both internally and externally, eliminating inconsistencies and taking responsibility for the information displayed in the ‘Suppliers’ section of the Intranet.

This role is a full‑time, 14‑month fixed‑term contract position, 37.5 hrs per week, Monday‑Friday: 09:00‑17:30 with 30 minutes break, hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. No weekend working required.
