A dynamic housing association in the East Midlands is looking for a Procurement Officer to handle end-to-end tender processes. The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders, maintaining procurement activity records, and managing supplier relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement or related fields, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to navigate UK procurement legislation. We’re on the hunt for a new Procurement Officer. As a procurement professional with a proven track record in the delivery of end to end tenders, quote processes and associated administration, you’ll really know how to apply the most effective procurement strategies using your knowledge of the UK legislative framework to meet our needs, while promoting ethical practice and delivery of Social Value.
You’ll be responsible for undertaking procurement tasks in compliance with corporate procurement policy, strategy, financial regulations and legislation including but not limited to:

If you have a background in public sector procurement then great, but we will also be happy to receive applications from candidates with transferrable skills from a corporate procurement role, sales or contract management position, who are prepared to undertake training in public sector procurement.
