Job Bridge Global is seeking a Procurement Manager with expertise in EPC Contracts to oversee procurement activities for our clients projects in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction procurement and be comfortable negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. You will play a critical role in ensuring that materials and services are procured efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for EPC contracts in alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring they meet company standards and project requirements.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure the best value for the company.
  • Consult with project managers and engineers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines and specifications.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Prepare and present procurement reports and budgets to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiencies.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, changes in the industry, and advancements in procurement technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC contracts and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management (preferred).
