A leading logistics firm in Northampton is seeking a Procurement Director to drive procurement excellence and operational performance. This full-time role involves strategic leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration. Passionate for change and implementation? GXO have just the role for you! We are currently seeking a forward thinking and driven leader as a Procurement Director based in our Lancaster House in Northampton, with travel. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and be responsible for driving procurement performance and operational excellence. Reporting directly into Vice President - Procurement, you'll partner with procurement, finance, and category leadership teams, to ensure robust controls, process excellence, digital/automation transformation and business alignment.
This is a full time, permanent position. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to GBP120,000 per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
