About the Role

A hybrid Business Analyst and Automation Developer role focused on process optimisation + automation delivery. The role blends business‑facing discovery and process design (workshops, mapping, requirements) with hands‑on automation build and support (UiPath, integrations, performance tracking). The candidate will simplify complex workflows, design scalable “automation‑first” processes, and deliver end‑to‑end automations with measurable business impact

Tasks

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partner with business SMEs to analyse and simplify complex processes, proposing scalable solution approaches and ensuring scalability is embedded into process and automation design from the outset.
  • Analyze workflows to identify friction and design Automation‑first processes and “Do It For Me” (DIFM) capabilities. Move from vision to proof, establishing new standardized operational procedures.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify automation candidates and quantify benefits (time saved, error reduction, cost efficiency).
  • Translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements.
  • Document AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes using BPMN, flow diagrams, or similar tools.
  • Create detailed Process Design Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs) for UiPath delivery.
  • Analyse, design, and develop automation solutions that simplify workflows, remove repetitive manual steps, and support scalable, standardised ways of working.
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring end‑to‑end delivery and adoption.
  • Build Automation workflows using best practices (reusability, exception handling, logging, and maintainability).
  • Support automation delivery with clarifications, edge cases, and exception handling logic.
  • Track benefits realisation, automation performance, and ongoing improvement opportunities.
Requirements

What You Bring to the Role

  • 3‑5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst (process improvement / automation‑focused).
  • Proven hands‑on UiPath RPA development experience.
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills (BRDs, PDDs, user stories).
  • Experience working in Agile / hybrid delivery environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration concepts (authentication basics, endpoints, payloads, data mapping).
  • Ability to quantify benefits and track automation value delivery.
Benefits

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary package with benefits.
  • Work‑Life Balance: Competitive annual leave and flexible working arrangements.
  • Growth Opportunities: Access to learning and development programs to enhance your skills.
  • Culture and Environment: A fun, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
