Overview

Step into a lead role in a growing team with 20+ offices across the UK. Supervise two experienced junior solicitors, with autonomy and flexibility. Role details

This is a new leadership position within the Greater Manchester office, created to provide mentorship and support to two junior lawyers who already have solid private client experience but are ready to grow under your guidance. You’ll work in a friendly, open-plan office environment with plenty of private client work readily available, both from HNW individuals and local clients, and have the autonomy to develop the team and your own caseload, backed by further support from a national network, including the wider private client team in London.

Who we’re looking for

• Private Client Solicitor with 1-5 PQE
• Confident handling the full spectrum of wills, trusts, and probate work
• Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior lawyers
• Strong technical knowledge and excellent client communication skills
• Comfortable working independently but happy to collaborate across locations

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and supervise two private client solicitors, offering technical guidance and day-to-day support
• Manage your own caseload of wills, probate and estate planning matters, including HNW and local work
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards
• Collaborate with the wider private client team across offices, including London
• Play a key role in growing the department over time

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
• Location: Based in Warrington (Greater Manchester)
• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: Full-time or part-time (3 or 4 days per week considered)
