THE ROLE

We are pleased to be working on a new opportunity with a highly regarded private client team, seeking to recruit a Solicitor with 1-3 PQE to join their growing practice

The successful candidate will be handling a broad range of Private Client matters for mainly HNW/UHNW individuals and trustees covering high-value tax and estate planning, UK and cross border estate administration

Key areas of work will include :-

• Drafting wills and providing related advisory services
• Assisting with UK tax and estate planning advice with a focus on Inheritance Tax and Capital Gains Tax planning
• Trust creation and administration, advising trustees and beneficiaries on contentious and non-contentious trust matters
• Supporting the Partners in the Disputes team handling probate matters

THE CANDIDATE
