Job Title: Print Finishing Manager

Responsibilities

• Run the total finishing operation, focusing on day to day management of workflow and staff.
• Be fully conversant in cutting, creasing, gluing and folding up to B1 size, with an emphasis on accurate timings for different finishing requirements.
• Lead and motivate staff; authentically take the reins of the department and drive continuous improvement in productivity and efficiencies.
• Work in a fast-paced print finishing environment, meeting short lead times while maintaining high quality on budget.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cutting, creasing, gluing and folding up to B1 size.
• Background in a fast-paced print finishing environment.
• Previous managerial experience.
• Experience handling food and/or pharma jobs is advantageous.
