You will work remotely and mentor designers while collaborating cross-functionally on product strategy and user experiences. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of UX design experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with tools like Figma and Autodesk products. Autodesk is at the forefront of industry transformation, enhancing flagship products like AutoCAD, Revit, and Forma with cloud-native capabilities, scalable data, edge computing, AI‑driven solutions and advanced visualization. Our Visualization team is central to delivering modern, high‑fidelity experiences across web, mobile and desktop platforms. The Visualization Solutions group, within Autodesk’s AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction) platform org, is responsible for intuitive, powerful experiences that help professionals across industries visualize and collaborate effectively on complex projects. As Principal Experience Designer you will work on visualization capabilities and critical in‑product workflows that enable users to review models, manage design workflows and project processes and make informed decisions across web and mobile platforms. You will champion evidence‑based design, influence product strategy and lead design excellence while mentoring early‑to‑mid‑career designers and keeping the team focused on high‑value features. The role is based in the UK and can be predominantly remote; proximity to the engineering teams in Sheffield is a plus.

In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package.
