Overview

Primary School SENCO/ Inclusion Manager – Redbridge, London. Start date January 2026 or sooner on a long-term to permanent contract. Open to candidates available before January 2026.

Academics are seeking an experienced SENCO/ Inclusion Manager or a highly experienced SEN teacher looking for the next step in their career in a great Primary School.

Responsibilities
  • Support the Headteacher and SLT in ensuring that all staff recognise the importance of planning their lessons to encourage active participation, learning and achievement of all pupils.
  • Support the school fs aims and policies, and the development and implementation of SEN, EAL and Gifted and Talented policies to raise achievement and improve the quality of education.
  • This SENCO/ Inclusion role has no classroom attachments.
Qualifications
  • You must hold QTS and have experience as a SENCo or be a primary or SEN teacher aspiring to become a SENCo.
  • The SENCO qualification is not essential for this role.
