In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting SEN pupils within the school's dedicated provision, helping them access learning and reach key developmental milestones. Position Details:

  • Location: Primary School in Hammersmith and Fulham

  • Start Date: December 2025

  • Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday

  • Salary: £95-£105 per day

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to SEN pupils across KS1 and KS2 within the school's provision.

  • Deliver 1:1 support and small group interventions for pupils with a range of needs.

  • Reinforce learning and help pupils achieve their individual targets.

  • Assist with personal care where necessary (e.g., feeding, toileting, mobility).
