A full-time and permanent position

• Managing a busy 7-surgery Orthodontic Practice working alongside a highly qualified team of Orthodontists, Dentists, Orthodontic Therapists, and Advanced Nurses, with a full team of 19 colleagues
• The practice has modern facilities and digital systems for a smooth and efficient workflow, including an i-Tero Scanner
• We are looking for a commercially minded manager to drive practice growth

As a Practice Manager, you'll be:

• Driving your practice's performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
• Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
• Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
• Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
