Job description

HappyCrown is a growing gaming commerce company building platforms where players can buy, sell, and trade in‑game items. Our main site Bloxcart is live, and our upcoming marketplace SkinsHero will soon expand our reach to even more gamers worldwide.

We’re looking for an experienced Mid–Senior PPC Specialist (Google Ads) to take full ownership of our paid acquisition strategy and help us scale efficiently across gaming titles and platforms.

In this position, you will:
  • Manage and optimize all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Discovery)
  • Take full ownership of PPC performance and user acquisition results
  • Work with Converge and other tracking tools to improve data accuracy, conversion tracking, and reporting quality
  • Develop and test marketing strategies for new game titles with smaller budgets — analyze early results, assess ROI, and decide whether to scale or pause campaigns
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance and use insights to guide budget allocation and creative direction
  • Create and execute A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate, and overall ROAS
  • Provide clear reports and recommendations for ongoing optimization
We expect you to have:
  • Strong hands‑on experience in Google Ads buying and campaign management
  • Proven ability to optimize for both user acquisition and profitability
  • Knowledge of conversion tracking setups, bidding strategies, and attribution
  • Experience using Converge, Google Analytics, and Excel/Sheets for data analysis
  • Independence and initiative — we don’t micromanage, and you’ll have full control of your work
  • Critical thinking, experimentation mindset, and strong analytical skills
  • English level B2+ or higher
What makes this role unique:
  • Fully remote — work from anywhere, on your own schedule
  • Full ownership — you’ll control your budget, strategy, and testing roadmap
  • We’re focused on user acquisition and long‑term growth, not short‑term ROAS spikes (100%+ ROAS target is our baseline)
  • You’ll have set KPIs and earn performance bonuses for hitting them
  • Freedom to experiment and innovate with new game campaigns
You’ll stand out if you have:
  • Experience with online marketplaces or gaming‑related projects
  • Background in launching or scaling PPC campaigns for new products or games
  • A passion for video games and gaming culture
We offer you:
  • A flexible and results‑driven environment with no unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Autonomy and trust — we value output, not hours
  • Access to all the tools and support needed to test, learn, and grow
  • Performance bonuses for hitting KPIs and achieving strong results
  • The opportunity to shape the growth of Bloxcart and SkinsHero from the ground up

💰 Salary range: $2,500 – $5,000 USD per month (depending on experience and performance), plus KPI‑based bonuses.
