You'll oversee reporting through MRI Evolution, Power BI, and the wider Common Data Environment, supporting both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact role where your work will directly underpin safe, compliant, and data-driven delivery, while influencing continuous improvement across the contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver accurate, timely reporting and insights across multiple operational systems.

  • Align reporting with contractual requirements and system vendors (MRI, Premonition, Asseticom).

  • Develop and improve data flows, pipelines, and visualisations for Power BI and MRI Evolution.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and third-party contractors to enhance data quality and reporting capability.

  • Support mobilisation activities including data migration, cleansing, and establishing baseline datasets.

  • Provide strategic advice on analytics, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong data analysis and visualisation skills with experience in Power BI, Excel, SQL, or R.

  • Ability to work with complex datasets, producing clear, actionable insights.

  • Experience with data integration, pipelines, and modelling across multiple systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.

  • Curious, proactive, and solution-focused mindset with attention to data quality and innovation.

  • Understanding of CAFM data structures and facilities management reporting is advantageous.

  • Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes, cloud-based data lakes (AWS), and metadata management.

  • Comfortable learning through digital channels and communities.
