Plumber / Multi-Trader - Social Housing

21.40 per hour

About the Role: We're looking for an experienced Plumber/Multi-Trader to join our growing team, delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across occupied and void social housing properties in Hammersmith & Fulham. You'll be working within a well-established contractor team, carrying out day-to-day plumbing repairs, with additional multi-trade skills (basic carpentry, tiling, or patch plastering) being a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing repairs and maintenance in tenants\' homes and communal areas
• Handle minor multi-trade tasks to complete jobs “first time fix”
• Ensure timely completion of all jobs while providing excellent customer service
• Use PDA systems to receive and update job tickets
• Work within occupied homes in line with health & safety and safeguarding standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Experience working in social housing or domestic maintenance
• Multi-trade experience (carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, etc.) preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
