The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring project programmes, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update detailed project programmes using industry-standard software (e.g., Asta Powerproject, MS Project).
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and commercial departments to ensure project schedules are accurate and achievable.
• Analyse critical paths and provide clear progress updates, forecasts, and mitigation strategies.
• Attend project and client meetings, providing planning expertise and support.
• Integrate subcontractor programmes into the overall project schedule.
• Prepare preliminary programmes and methodologies to support tender submissions.
• Identify risks, delays, and opportunities, ensuring effective project control and reporting.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Planner within construction, fit-out, or refurbishment.
• Proficient in Asta Powerproject and/or MS Project.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator, able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting tender programmes desirable.
