Pipe Fitter needed, Manchester-based, paying £19-23 per hour (DOE), 44 hours: Weekdays only plus an early finish on Friday.Permanent position, Flexibility given and required.

The Pipe Fitter role is based in : Manchester

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pipe Fitter to become part of the growing team.The ideal candidate will bring solid technical knowledge, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering projects to the highest standard.

Day to day as a Pipe Fitter:

  • Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding using various tools and equipment; Threading and ending pipe by hand or with pipe bending machine
  • Repair systems using various welding and plumbing techniques
  • Attach pipes to structures and bend into position
  • Sealing routes of pipework and ensuring water ingress is eliminated
  • Perform test on your work or work of others to ensure there are no leaks or weak joints
  • Welding, soldering, brazing, fusing of pipework
  • Read and interpret technical drawings
